Our expertise spans both qualitative and quantitative data collection, ensuring a comprehensive approach to understanding organizational outcomes. Training for employees on thinking and behaving in inclusive ways
We specialize in tailoring cultural competence workshops to meet the unique needs of each organization. Our lead trainers guide employees in identifying, discussing, and thinking critically about personal biases, while also equipping them with the tools to help others address biased thinking.
Three-Day Workshop (three 4-hour sessions): An immersive experience designed to address culturally stressful situations and unproductive behaviors in the workplace. Participants will develop and practice skills to engage in meaningful, productive conversations that foster inclusive practices and create a more equitable work environment.
Two-Day Workshop (two 4-hour sessions): An intensive, experiential learning opportunity focused on developing awareness of our cultural identities and developing skill to productively engage in a diverse workplace
